  • How do I open an account with B&T Dental Laboratory

Kindly proceed to our website create an account, and fill in the require details, including your contact information & Dental Clinic address. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a notification via email.

  • How do I schedule a pick-up.

To initiate a pickup, kindly submit your prescription online and specify the preferred time.  Our local drivers will be promptly notified to facilitate the pickup. Alternatively you may contact us at 604.597.9177 or utilize our toll-free number 1.866.489.8162 to request a pickup.

  • RMA & Return Instruction

Please access your account in the work ID history and select the "Return/Remake" option. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be automatically generated. Kindly provide us with the case number for further assistance.

To book a time slot for the Custom Shade, you can either reserve online or call us at 604.597.9177. Please note: The Custom Shade service is available exclusively within the Greater Mainland area. If you are located outside this region, please call us — we will ship you a Custom Shade kit along with instructions on how to take the required photo."
